Conaway and Conaway represented severely injured miners in the UBB Coal Mine Disaster that occurred on April 5, 2010. Unfortunately, this disaster happened despite warnings from Tim Conaway years prior to the explosion.

Landmark decision reached by the West Virginia Supreme Court protecting the Home - The West Virginia Supreme Court prohibits the Police from secretly video recording inside citizens' homes without a Court Order. Ben Conaway argued the case in front of the Court.
